Bottegas is two Italian restaurants in Warsaw: on ul. Oboźna 9 in the City Centre and on ul. Francuska 24 in Saska Kępa. We bake contemporary Neapolitan pizza — with a tall, light crust — and cook a short Italian menu built on DOP ingredients.

31 December at Oboźna: our usual menu, a DJ and a party at midnight. From 19:00 a 200 zł minimum per person: a 50 zł ticket when you book + 150 zł on food and drinks.
Due Bottegas
City Centre · Powiśle
The first Bottegas: a pizzeria and Italian restaurant at ul. Oboźna 9/104, between Nowy Świat and the University of Warsaw. Open daily from 13:00, with live Italian music on selected Thursdays and a pub quiz on Wednesdays.
Saska Kępa · Praga-Południe
An Italian restaurant and Neapolitan pizzeria at ul. Francuska 24 in Saska Kępa. You see the oven from the door, and it's lit every day from 12:00. There's pasta, a terrace, and an Italian bar with house cocktails, Sicilian liqueurs and wines from all over Italy.
La nostra idea
We make Neapolitan pizza in the contemporanea style — a taller, lighter crust than the Naples classic, with the same soft centre. There's a real Italian kitchen too, but pizza comes first: it always goes straight from the oven to the table. Both our Italian restaurants in Warsaw, in Powiśle and Saska Kępa, have the same kitchen and the same prices.
San Marzano DOP tomatoes. Mozzarella di bufala campana DOP. Pecorino romano DOP. Prosciutto di Parma aged 24 months. We buy fewer things and better ones — which is why the menu is short.
