Bottegas on Francuska: our second restaurant, opened in 2026

Bottegas Saska Kępa is at ul. Francuska 24, in the heart of Saska Kępa, in the Praga-Południe district. It is our second restaurant – we opened it in 2026, and Warsaw Foodie covered the opening in March 2026.

The food menu and prices are the same at both Bottegas. The drinks differ: here on Francuska there is a full Italian bar.

On Google we are rated 4.5 from 109 reviews. The full menu is on the Bottegas Saska Kępa menu page.

Hours, directions and booking are on the pizza in Saska Kępa — Bottegas Francuska page.

Saska Kępa: Francuska, villas and green streets

Francuska is the main street of Saska Kępa. Around it are pre-war villas, plenty of green and cafés – a quiet, residential neighbourhood on the right bank of the Vistula.

A good weekend plan: a walk in Park Skaryszewski, which is nearby, then through the side streets of Saska Kępa to Francuska and lunch with us. Or the other way round – pizza first, then the park.

Dogs are welcome, so a walk with your dog doesn't have to end at the door. There is Wi-Fi too, if you want to stay a while.

Pizza in Saska Kępa: the oven is visible from the door

You can see the oven from the door. Bottegas is a pizzeria napoletana contemporanea con cucina – pizza comes first, but there is a real kitchen alongside it.

The dough is 80% hydration and matures for 48 hours. We bake at 485°C and a pizza is ready in a little over a minute. The rim is tall, light and full of air, the centre soft. There is more on how we make it on our page about Neapolitan pizza.

On the pizzas: San Marzano DOP tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala campana DOP, Prosciutto di Parma DOP aged 24 months, Calabrian 'nduja, stracciatella. Prices run from 39 zł for a Margherita to 69 zł for the Fichi e Crudo. Every seated guest starts with a small piece of warm focaccia and a drop of olive oil.

First time here? Start with the Antica Napoli (55 zł): hand-torn San Marzano DOP and buffalo mozzarella added after baking. If you like heat, take the Vibrant Vesuvio with 'nduja and stracciatella. For a pizza bianca, the Mortadella with ricotta, pistachios and lemon zest.

Lunch in Saska Kępa: weekdays 12:00–16:00

We open at 12:00, and from Monday to Friday we serve lunch between 12:00 and 16:00. It is a good time for a pizza in a work break or an unhurried midweek lunch.

For something lighter there is the Cialledda (42 zł), a southern Italian salad with Tropea red onion, bread from our dough, datterini tomatoes, Taggiasca olives, capers and anchovies. Pasta starts at 51 zł, and the ragù is slow-cooked for 4 hours every day.

On warm days the best seat is outside – we have a terrace. Book online or on +48 780 465 194.

The Italian bar: Negroni della Bottegas, Mandaretto, wine by the glass

Francuska has a full Italian bar. Our Negroni della Bottegas (55 zł) is made with Aqualuce V.I.C.E. Gin, Bucci Vermouth Rosso and Amaro Amara instead of bitter – a Sicilian liqueur of IGP blood oranges and Etna herbs.

Mandaretto & Prosecco (46 zł) is Mandaretto Topazio, made from Tardivo di Ciaculli mandarins – a Slow Food Presidium – at the Limònio estate in Partinico, near Palermo, topped with prosecco.

Italian wine by the glass starts at 24 zł (house Chardonnay or Montepulciano d'Abruzzo). There is also beer, Italian digestivi and alcohol-free aperitivo classics: Crodino, Sanbittèr, Spritz Zero. We write more about it in our piece on aperitivo in Saska Kępa.

Before and after an event at PGE Narodowy

PGE Narodowy, the National Stadium, is not far from Francuska. On match days and other event days at the stadium, book a table in advance – online or on +48 780 465 194.

Pizza bakes in a little over a minute, so before the event it is easy to eat properly without rushing. Afterwards you can come back for a later dinner – on Fridays and Saturdays we are open until 23:00.

If you would rather eat at home, order takeaway online or delivery through Glovo.

Group dinners, takeaway and delivery

On Francuska we host dinners for smaller groups: birthdays, get-togethers with friends, family dinners. The food comes from the same menu: pizza, antipasti to share such as the Tagliere Bottegas (79 zł for two), pasta and desserts made in house.

Call +48 780 465 194 or write to info@bottegas.pl with the date and number of guests, and we will sort out the details. Takeaway is ordered online, delivery through Glovo. Everything about the restaurant is on the Bottegas Saska Kępa page.

Larger events – with live music, a quiz, a projector and room for up to 80 – are held at Bottegas Śródmieście, ul. Oboźna 9. On Francuska we focus on dinners around the table.
